ENECA has experience in designing master plans and outdoor networks for new building construction, aiming to position the new building on the land plot, integrate it with the surroundings, and connect the designed outdoor engineering networks of the new construction site to the existing city infrastructure. Our main task is to create a functional and efficient infrastructure that meets environmental and energy efficiency requirements.

We plan building layouts, local zoning, open spaces, and green areas, as well as access and transportation infrastructure, including access roads, parking lots, and sidewalks. Additionally, we design water supply, sewage, gas, and heating networks, power supply and electrical systems, and telecommunications.

Beyond new building projects, ENECA also has experience in designing outdoor networks for cities. This includes water supply and wastewater systems, including main pipelines and distribution pipes, pumping stations, sewage treatment plants for industrial enterprises, power lines, gas pipelines, and district heating networks.

Workflow

MASTERPLAN COMPOSITION

As part of the master plan design for new building construction, ENECA develops a land use plan, site plan, and zoning plan, a landscape plan including green spaces, parks, and recreation areas, as well as a transportation plan covering access roads, parking areas, and sidewalks. It also includes consolidated plan of engineering networks, as well as all regulatory compliance documents.

TYPES OF NETWORKS

ENECA considers the need to provide the new building with water, heat, electricity, wastewater disposal and other utilities. With this aim, ENECA designs indoor and outdoor utilities of the new building and foresees their connection to the municipal infrastructure. Engineering networks designed by ENECA for a new construction site include drinking water supply and firefighting water supply, sanitary sewer and storm water drainage system, gas supply, heating networks, telecommunication and internet lines, CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, power supply, backup power, indoor and outdoor lighting.
