The project involves the design of a multifunctional center intended for trade, catering, sports, entertainment, and educational activities. The facility includes:
- Catering Facilities: 4,300 m²
- Retail Spaces (Hypermarkets and Shops): 7,000 m²
- Entertainment Areas: 3,500 m²
- Sports Facilities: 3,200 m²
Key highlights include nine multiplex cinema halls and an ice rink designed for skating and ice hockey.
Building Features:
- Configuration: 2-storey structure with a square layout.
- Dimensions: 120 x 302 m.
- Structural System: Column foundations with a steel frame composed of columns and trusses.

BIM Implementation:
Revit models were developed for architecture, structural elements (concrete and steel), HVAC, and water & sanitation systems. The models were created for both the Concept Design and Detailed Design phases and integrated into a single comprehensive model for effective coordination.
This mixed-use complex is a dynamic hub combining retail, leisure, and sports facilities, designed with advanced engineering and BIM methodologies to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
