Using the advanced Tekla Structures software, we significantly speed up the process of creating detail drawings. This allows us to complete projects in the shortest possible time without sacrificing quality.

QUALITY CONTROL

We focus on finding optimal solutions and reducing material intensity; linking, synchronisation, two-way import/export of data from one software to another as part of project collaboration to minimise errors and prevent incorrect manual data entry; developing environments, component databases, family libraries, macros, report templates and specifications, reducing and optimising labour costs.

Tekla provides the highest level of detail to minimise errors in the fabrication and assembly of structures. Each element is customised to suit the production technology and installation specifics.

Deliverables
The result of the work is differentiated according to the format of the developed design documentation:
- design note or static and dynamic design reports - PDF + original design file; 
- connection design reports - PDF + original design files; 
- 3D model - TEKLA Structures or AUTODESK REVIT + IFC, NWD format; GA drawings - DWG + PDF; 
- single-part and assembly drawings - DWG + PDF; 
- erection drawings - DWG + PDF; 
- part files for CNC machines - NC + DXF; 
- specifications and lists (VM, PTO, VPM, VPM, VPU) - Excel, etc. on Customer's request.
DIRECT CONNECTION TO PRODUCTION

Our designs are optimised for direct transfer to the manufacturing plant. This significantly reduces the time from design to the start of structural fabrication.

The drawings contain all the necessary information for the construction site, which ensures a smooth assembly process and reduces the risk of errors when assembling the structures.

We collaborated with Eneca to create a structural Revit model of a residential complex with a floor area of 41,571 m², consisting of six three-story residential buildings with an underground parking garage, based on 2D drawings.

We appreciate Eneca’s readiness to support us with BIM modeling on short notice, as well as their flexibility in providing the necessary resources to meet a strict deadline. All modeling was completed within two weeks, with a division into lots. Eneca’s specialists were always willing to take the time to discuss our concerns and accommodate additional requests.

Eneca’s strong expertise in Revit and professional experience in structural design enabled their team to quickly grasp Implenia’s high modeling requirements. The BIM model was developed in accordance with the 3D BKP Model guidelines and Implenia’s standards, ensuring compliance with parameter and element naming rules as per Baukostenplan Hochbau. Eneca’s detail-oriented and structured approach contributed to the creation of a high-quality BKP model aimed at automating the calculation of construction volumes and costs.

We have been working closely with Eneca since June 2020. Eneca has proved itself as a trustworthy and responsible partner in steel structural design.   • To prevent the submission of incorrect documentation and its reissue we always draw attention to the mistakes revealed in the original documentation and offer our own solutions
  • The key to avoid extra work is developing workshop drawings after the approval of GA-drawings
