We develop solutions for combined heat and power (CHP) plants utilizing gas piston units, gas and steam turbines, as well as for steam, hot-water, and thermal oil boiler houses operating on various fuel types, including natural gas, diesel fuel, wood chips, industrial waste, and coal.

Our company is involved in the design and development of fundamental engineering solutions for CHPs and mini-CHPs with heat capacities ranging from 1 to 350 MW, as well as boiler houses with heat capacities from 1 to 300 MW. We also provide expert support for the construction, commissioning, and backup power sources of power plants based on gas turbines with unit capacities of 1 to 100 MW.

Equipment

ENECA focuses exclusively on design and does not engage in equipment sales. ENECA has extensive experience in developing process solutions using equipment from major manufacturers, including Siemens, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Howden, Buderus, Viessmann, Kablitz, Capstone, Jenbacher, MWM, MTU, and Entroros, among others. This expertise allows us to provide professional guidance and comparative analysis to help select the most suitable technology and develop efficient process solutions with maximum speed and effectiveness.

The company has been operating in the energy sector for more than 20 years. During this time, our team has implemented projects for boiler houses, combined heat and power plants, and thermal power plants based on boilers, gas piston units, turbines, and alternative energy sources, including heat pumps, biogas, and landfill gas facilities. These energy projects have utilized various fuel types, such as natural gas, wood chips, wood waste, pellets, peat, coal, biogas, and landfill gas.

Pre-design documentation

At the pre-project research stage, we assist the customer in selecting the most efficient technology for facility implementation that meets their needs. We help identify suitable alternatives for heat-generating equipment, determine resource requirements (raw materials, materials, etc.), and develop technical specifications for the design.
