Pre-design stage

The pre-design stage is needed as a reference point when taking serious technical and legal decisions before starting design.

The pre-design stage is when the Customer can work out many nuances before the project starts and avoid extra costs. The investor can assess all risks and select optimal solution.

The pre-design (pre-investment) stage is a way to look at the situation from the outside, objectively assess all the opportunities and risks of the project:

- answer all questions of approving authorities for pre-project (pre-investment) documentation

- build the most comfortable schedule of the project to conduct all necessary preliminary studies, tenders for selection of partners and negotiations on construction, supply and design
