Technical and Engineering Support

ENECA protects and represents the Customer's interests at every stage:

Control of qualitative performance of design works by the contractor and obtaining a positive expert opinion; offers competent technical solutions at the stage of design and construction; offers measures to reduce the time and cost of construction; qualitatively conducts inspection, acceptance and accounting of completed works, makes proposals justified by the current regulations in construction; maintains reporting to the Customer on the work done.

Preparation of the necessary list of initial data required for design. Preparation of a load summary sheet. Filling in the declaration of intent. Preparation of a request to the local authorities for the provision of technical specifications.

Provision of certain types of engineering services offered by ENECA provides for partial transfer of certain functions to the Engineering Organisation.

For example, transfer of authority for collection of initial permit documentation, tendering for selection of contractors, commissioning of the facility, verification of the current cost of the facility. The services can be started at any stage of design and construction at the Customer's request.

Observance of the Customer's rights is the most important principle. Also the task of engineering is to search for compromises, common language between the Customer and the contractor, protection against unfair partnership. We are in favour of fruitful and mutually beneficial relations between all parties involved in the construction process. We recommend the Customer to involve engineering specialists in the study of the project already at the concept and pre-project stage.
