ENECA’s engineers provide HVAC design and engineering services at all stages of the design process, from scratch to construction documents. The areas of the expertise include heating and heat supply, ventilation and air conditioning, smoke protection, aspiration in individual heating points.

Our Services:

Audit of HVAC systems from previously developed projects.
Heat loss and heat gain calculations.
Hydraulic calculations for heating and heat supply systems.

Development of Terms of Reference for HVAC equipment procurement.
Conceptual and detailed design documentation for HVAC systems (PID diagrams, pipe sizing and layout, BIM models and drawings development).

Workflow

Software

AUDYTOR OZC, AUDYTOR SET, and LINEAR for calculations; AUTODESK AUTOCAD and AUTODESK REVIT for modeling and drawings. To enhance productivity, we use a continuously updated Revit template, along with scripts and plug-ins - both publicly available and custom-developed by our in-house programmers.

DESIGNED EQUIPMENT

We design facilities using a variety of equipment and materials from brands such as Aerostar, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, AUX, MDV, and others. However, we remain an independent design firm, not bound by commitments to any single manufacturer. This allows us to always prioritize the client’s needs when selecting equipment, ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for each project.

COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH

Study of the customer's requirements, analysis of modern systems, offer, discussion and, as a result, selection of the optimal solution. Our work is never done in isolation - we develop systems in close coordination with related engineering fields, ensuring seamless integration. This allows us to fully leverage BIM design for maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Quality control

We use the following methods to verify design solutions: review by a team leader and chief project specialist, quality assurance checks, cross-checks during interdisciplinary coordination, and automated verification using predefined algorithms within the Revit software environment.
