We develop architectural solutions and documentation from sketch and schematic design through planning drawings and technical design.

Our architects work directly in Autodesk Revit, preparing floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans and coordinated drawing packages. Whether you need a defined architectural technical drawing package or ongoing support for your practice, we adapt to your project requirements, and templates.

Conceptual and schematic design

We help develop the architectural concept into a clear basis for review, cost discussions and further design.

At sketch and pre-concept stages, we prepare drawings and 3D views that communicate spatial arrangements, building form and the relationship to the site. Our schematic design (SD) support can also include an option to help your team explore site opportunities and refine the design brief.

Planning application drawings

We prepare planning application drawings to support your design team’s submission process. Working from the agreed design and drawing requirements, we develop floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans and supporting views.

The package of drawings follows your practice’s presentation standards and the project-specific submission brief, providing consistent information for review before submission.

Detailed design and technical documentation

We develop architectural technical drawing packages in Revit, translating agreed design solutions into detailed model.

Our scope includes model development, drawing production, sheet preparation and updates following design reviews. We coordinate architectural information with the structural and building services inputs included in the agreed scope.

Our experience includes supporting clients in Belgium, Germany and Switzerland with Revit modelling and BIM coordination at technical design stages, including model development up to LOD 400 where required.

Architectural BIM drafting and modelling

We also provide architectural BIM drafting within your Revit environment, following your model structure, templates and documentation standards.

Services include creating and developing architectural models, preparing drawing views, applying annotations, arranging sheets and maintaining consistency between model information and drawing outputs. We agree on the required model content and level of development at the start of the assignment.

Control

Collisions checks between architectural elements, structure, and engineering systems with the help of plug-ins; automation of quantity takeoffs, specifications, calculation of technical and economic indicators; data transfer between disciplines through a unified environment in REVIT – all these factors allow to prevent errors. The design documentation is reviewed by the designer and the team leader before being issued to the customer.
