Modern software and design methods (EPLAN, Simulink, Thermolib, BIM-technologies, etc.) are used in the development of objects. Therefore, the design of substations of any complexity is carried out with high quality and in the shortest possible time.
Using Revit, we develop detailed electrical models that include cabinets, distribution and control boards, switchgear, busways, and cable trays. Our approach ensures precision and seamless integration within the overall design.

For lighting design, we utilize DIALux and Revit to create accurate interior and exterior lighting plans, optimizing fixture placement and illumination levels.

To make it easier for our customers to take the step into the future of construction, we found a competent and reliable partner in Eneca who understood our needs and was able to implement them quickly. As part of our order, Eneca took over the development of 56 parameterized lighting families in Revit with a high level of detail and information. All models were created in the three national languages and in two formats each using Revit script. This means that future adjustments can also be implemented easily and without any problems. We collaborated with Eneca to create a structural Revit model of a residential complex with a floor area of 41,571 m², consisting of six three-story residential buildings with an underground parking garage, based on 2D drawings.

We appreciate Eneca’s readiness to support us with BIM modeling on short notice, as well as their flexibility in providing the necessary resources to meet a strict deadline. All modeling was completed within two weeks, with a division into lots. Eneca’s specialists were always willing to take the time to discuss our concerns and accommodate additional requests.

Eneca’s strong expertise in Revit and professional experience in structural design enabled their team to quickly grasp Implenia’s high modeling requirements. The BIM model was developed in accordance with the 3D BKP Model guidelines and Implenia’s standards, ensuring compliance with parameter and element naming rules as per Baukostenplan Hochbau. Eneca’s detail-oriented and structured approach contributed to the creation of a high-quality BKP model aimed at automating the calculation of construction volumes and costs.
