
Basalt insulation plant
The project encompasses the reconstruction of an incomplete capital building for the production of basalt insulation, with an annual output capacity of 35,000 tons.
Process piping:
The installation of a technological line for insulation production and emission purification is planned. Waste from filters will be reintegrated into the production cycle.
Building Structure:
The facility is designed for product demonstration and administrative operations. It includes: offices for staff, dining area, restrooms and technical rooms.Environmental Protection:
Waste collection and disposal are organized in compliance with sanitary regulations. All technological equipment is installed with a focus on safety and accessibility.
Occupational Safety
Conditions for safe operation are ensured through:
- Separate storage of cleaning equipment.
- Compliance with passage width regulations.
- Grounding of equipment.
Fire Safety
The facility is equipped with primary fire suppression systems, strategically placed in accordance with applicable standards. Measures have been implemented to prevent fire hazards and reduce emissions of pollutants.
