Wood processing plant process piping
Dried timber, with a moisture content of 10±2%, is delivered to the wood processing workshop. The production process consists of two main technological streams:
- Production of planed products and standard construction materials
- Production of glued beams and joists
A material return system is designed to transfer excess material from the shaping machine back to the feeding conveyor. This includes two screw conveyors and a chain conveyor.
The facility is intended to operate continuously for 365 days a year, with scheduled maintenance for both main and auxiliary equipment. All machinery functions in an automated mode.
The supplied equipment is high-efficiency, featuring a streamlined automated production process controlled via a central software interface. All machinery is integrated into production lines provided by the suppliers.
For the internal movement of timber and finished products, multidirectional forklifts with a capacity of 5 tons and electric stackers with a capacity of 1.5 tons will be utilized.
Finished products will be loaded using a 5-ton capacity electric overhead crane, and transportation will be carried out by third-party freight vehicles.
