Workflow

1. Process

ENECA’s process engineers focus closely on the nature and technology of the production process, as these factors significantly influence structural solutions, such as column spacing and spans. The production process also dictates the environmental aggressiveness and the intensity of equipment usage in industrial buildings. We select and calculate the appropriate industrial equipment and plan for process automation. Additionally, we assess the provision of materials, raw materials, and energy needs. The hazard classification of the industrial enterprise is determined, which informs the required size of sanitary zones.

2. Pre-design

Even during the pre-design research phase, ENECA’s engineers develop plans for utilities, connections, and networks, along with specialized technical solutions for site maintenance, stormwater drainage systems, and more, to ensure the reliable and uninterrupted operation of the enterprise. Additionally, we establish sanitary, fire safety, and other standards to create a comfortable and safe working environment. The selection of the construction site is based on economic analyses and engineering surveys, ensuring full compliance with environmental protection regulations.

3. Approach

The contemporary and aesthetically pleasing design of the enterprise is essential. Modern materials are selected for the exterior finishes to enhance the surrounding environment effectively. Additionally, a landscaping and greenery plan is developed for the area around the industrial building, featuring small architectural elements.

4. BIM

Comprehensive design services include acting as the General Designer, creating engineering and design documentation, preparing tender documents, and conducting 3D modeling. We also perform collision detection, develop BIM building models, and facilitate virtual design. Our offerings encompass volume calculations, project coordination through BIM, and providing author support during the development of detailed design documentation.
