Mixed-Use Complex for Ecological Products
This mixed-use complex was designed and constructed primarily to promote the sale of ecological products produced by local farmers.
The facility features a dedicated retail area for these products, as well as a specialized laboratory for quality testing. In addition, the complex includes office spaces, shopping areas, entertainment centers, sports facilities, and food courts. The building showcases an exceptional facade design crafted by our architects.

BIM Implementation:
Throughout this project, we utilized BIM technology at every design stage. Our architects, structural engineers, and MEP specialists collaborated seamlessly using Revit. The project was overseen by our BIM Coordinator, who developed an integrated model and identified clashes using Navisworks Manage. Drawings generated from the Revit model were utilized both on the construction site and at the factory, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the building process.

The BIM model was developed in accordance with the 3D BKP Model guidelines and Implenia’s standards, ensuring compliance with parameter and element naming rules as per Baukostenplan Hochbau. Eneca’s detail-oriented and structured approach contributed to the creation of a high-quality BKP model aimed at automating the calculation of construction volumes and costs.
