
Facade Modeling in London
Project description:
The redevelopment and restoration of a shopping centre, a historic landmark and grade II listed building in the heart of Bayswater in East London are planned. The building will have the residental area, shopping and penthouses. 13 400 m2 are the subject of the redevelopment.
Scope of works:
3D modelling of the glazed facades and their fastening (Schüco M-T-facade, Alumimium fascia and steelwork) for Pavillions and Links of the mixed-use complex in London, BIM-coordination. 3D model with LOD400 is created.
The total area of the facades modelled is about 1 000 m2.
