Solid resins production plant
The designed facility is specialized in the production of solid resins (pentaerythritol esters of rosin).
The planned annual output is 4,230 tons per year of solid resins (pentaerythritol esters of rosin) and 689 tons per year of live turpentine.
Key planned buildings and structures include:
- a production-and-warehouse building;
- a standalone process boiler house;
- a 10/0.4 kV transformer substation;
- two underground turpentine storage tanks, each with a volume of 50 m³;
- a platform for bottling/tapping turpentine;
- an emergency reserve tank;
- water storage tanks;
- stormwater treatment facilities;
- a foam collection tank.
The estimated area of the storage premises is 2,300 m².
The project provides for the use of new construction materials, products, equipment, and structures, as well as modern construction technologies, ensuring compliance with the requirements set out in technical certificates. The boiler house building is constructed using steel frame (metal structures), with enclosing elements (walls and roof) made of three-layer sandwich panels. The transformer substation building is designed using a set of factory-made blocks.
